SOURCE: BRINKS 42-1014 OUTDOOR ANALOG TIMER

I don't have an instruction manual but there's not much to know. Set the on/off times by depressing the white and grey tabs just above the hour notation for the times you want. If the tabs are up then the power is off. If they are pressed in then power's on. Plug it in, turn the dial to the current time and attach a device using less than 500 watts and you're good to go. I HAVE INTERMATIC MODELTN300 and don't know how to set it up,

Intermatic TN300 timer is same as Woods 59200 timer
See timer at Amazon

Timers are sold under different brands and numbers depending on who is packaging and marketing the product.
59300 manual:

Rotate dial to set current time, when plugged in, dial rotates
48 segments located on dial; each segment is 1/2 hour. Push segment down like piano key.
Segment pulled up = lights OFF
Segment down = lights ON
Override switch on top of timer.
For programs to operate, move switch to Timer ON
