cross check the audio device settings. check the audio level of each channels.
Also try exchanging the speakers whether the speaker itself is damaged.

Check the plug. Also there is possibly a fuse where the power plug goes into the unit, it usually looks like a button with a flat headed screwdriver slot on it.
