SOURCE: Middleby Marshall 360 pizza conveyor

Is it the rear of the oven or the left side?

  • Rear of the oven, it is a obstructed or malfunctioning axial fan. Replacement cost $10-$20 - 30 minutes labor
  • Left side of oven, possible main blower fan malfunctioning. Depending on type of motor "S" or "Q". It might be the mount or a bearing wearing out. Replacement motor $200-$400, motor shop rebuild instead $150. Squirrel cage will need to be removed if damaged $100-$300. Labor 2 hours, if you know what you are doing, 4 to 6 if this is your first time. Check your heat slinger also. This might have come loose.
Call me for parts or further info. I have been here before.......

SOURCE: speed control readout reads err

Good day!!!

err1-----High Ambient Condition
Temperature inside the control
enclosure exceeds 65°C.
The oven shuts down, then
beeps continuously.

This is the diagnosis:
Check the cooling fan (centered on the front panel of the oven) for
cleanliness and proper operation. If the fan is not running after the
oven heats, or the oven remains in a high ambient condition,

please try to check that first..

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

The first thing you will have to do is to clean the Jet as the carbon might be stopping it to work correctly. Then check if the small holes on the burner are clean, if they are fine then you will have to check the ignition switches under the surface control knobs. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

I have a Middleby Marshall Pizza Oven.igniter works but seems like no gas coming through ,tried poking a pin in the gas nozzles as we had that problem before where some **** blocked one of the holes but...

Need a qualified person to check gas control valve to determine proper voltage to the valve is supplied. If voltage is present, either the gas line is blocked to the pilot, or the valve has failed and needs to be replaced. Typically, the latter is probably the problem. If NO voltage is present when the unit "calls" for ignition, check for loose conections at the ignition control, and the gas control.

These little motors are controlled by a rheostat for speed control, or electronic speed control. Follow wire from motor to control and check. Also; is chain on?
