You need to have Customizer og Digitizer pro to send design by cable to you MC10001.
You can also use a PCMCIA adapter in your MC10001 and a CF memorycard..you also need a memorycard reader to write to your CF card from your computer

Try saving your Monogram Wizard design to your computer. Then open Easy Edit and Import the design using the drop down menu under File. Manipulate the design and then send it to the machine using Write designs. You will have to make sure the design is going to fit in the hoop correctly before you save it to .sew in the Monogram Wizard program. On the save screen... near the bottom there is a box about turning the design sideways and this is often the problem. Will be glad to talk more. firstname.lastname@example.org

You need the Memory Craft Reader Writer before you can copy to a Memory Card, I bought for my Janome 5700 and it works great.

Since you are able to view them from the ATA (Compact Flash) card on your computer and the designs are in *.jef format you should be able open them on your machine. Make sure you have selected to view designs from the ATA memory card and not the ones stored on the machine or from the External Card Reader box.
There is an additional program called Customizer that you can import designs, edit, and transfer them to your ATA card. Mine was part of my package deal when I purchased by 9700.
