Looks as if your boiler is over firing (extended run) you probably have a faulty sensing thermostatic probe causing this the switch you are resetting is a safty pressure switch it is designed to keep the pressure from building which could cause the boiler to explode.

The 220VAC is most efficient and less costly in the long run. You should not have changed over. Got back to what was working for you in the past!

Also: Scroll up on same page for Pressure Switch heading.

Lochivar is made by Bradford White I believe.
Same troubleshoot page has link to Bradford White service manuals, and service manuals posted by AO Smith, in case this product is through one of their subsidiaries.
Rheem does not make this product, good thing for you because Rheem doesn't post service manuals.

Hhow to set the pressuretrol??

Hi,
I assume you are talking about a steam heating system...
There are two screws on the top of the pressuretrol...

turn the pressure screw down to the lowest pressure at which you still get heat to the farthermost radiator...make sure the vents are working...or steam does not flow to displace the air...
Then just give the differential screw enough difference so the boiler cycles on and of a bout three times and hour...when making steam...
That's all there is too it...

This may be caused by accumulation of sludge in the steam trap (the looped tube that connects the pressuretrol unit to the boiler). the sludge restricts the pressure from reaching the diaphragm in the pressuretrol unit. So it gets a false reading. Clean or replace the tube and see if normal function resumes.
