Unplug the device from AC mains socket, and replug it after 10 minutes and check. If it does not help you, the machine has to be troubleshooted. Its internal memeory circuit [electronic] has the fault.

This can be due to failure of motor components or the control panel as there is no communication for the drive . Check the motor to panel wiring, check the panel for failed component
