I assume you mean that you cannot log on to your PC.
At the risk of sounding rude, this is one of those things most technicians do not want to handle for a stranger because stolen PCs are such a big problem.
Having said that, if it is your PC and you simply want to be able to use it again you can contact the manufacturer (in this case Acer) and have them send you a recovery disk. They may charge you a few dollars but it will allow you to restore the PC to the original factory configuration.
Unfortunately you will lose all of your data, but at least you will be back in business again.
If you have valuable data that you need to save you should take the unit to a reputable local repair shop. They will want to confirm you are the owner of the unit and, depending on the installed operating system, they may have more advanced repair tools available that can back up your data before performing the recovery process.
