Question about Radio Communications
If your problem started after replacing the batteries (mine did), see this: http://www.walkie-talkie-radio.co.uk/replacing-cobra-walkie-talkie-rechargeable-batteries.html If that is your problem, you can also fix it by wrapping foil around the bottom of the battery that makes that touches the bottom side charging contact.

Clean your battery contacts on the radio, charger and batteries with a pencil eraser. Also, check your batteries for age. Life expectancy of a rechargeable battery is 2-3 years.

I apologies but this site does not represent any manufacturer or company. This site is made up of many technicians like my self that volunteer to help others with technical issues concerning thier equipment. As for your problem you would need to contact the company that makes your product and ask them to resolve your issue with this charger.

This is more for "mshtexas" than the OP but I'm sure there may be others out there wondering the same thing. The power cord that comes with this unit has a 9.0v output at 200mA with the center pin being positive
