Make sure the headphones are in the searchable mode or try searching from the headphones instead of the PC.

How to get my new Bluetooth set-up

So, what else can I tell you. You yourself have discribed that your headset is defective. So, being a new device, return it to be changed for a new one.

Charging battery

Sometimes if charged too long or your not around when the light does go off, after awhile the battery looses its charge. when that happens the charger will start to charge again and it will seem that it isn't working right or charging. in your instruction booklet it should tell you how long it should take to charge. some say 45 min some say hours. set a timer once you find the time recommended for your device, once it goes off unplug if light is off. good luck

My voyager pro+ keeps flashing red when charging. However when it is unplugged with charger, it does not work at all. Please kindly help.

If it is flashing red like it is supposed to be charging, and it is not, look at the connections. Are they worn, not connected properly? Make sure that the AC charger is plugged in firmly. If this still fails to charge your bluetooth, it may have to do with the bluetooth itself. If this is still under warranty have it replaced. Try a different outlet or charger to see if that is what is not working.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Bluetooth headsets, like many portable devices can be charged on a USB port on a computer, which supply less than 1A, so either charger would be suitable.
Looking at the manual, a full charge should take two hours, so half an hour seems a little quick.
Perhaps it was part charged?
You could see if you can listen to music for six hours on a charge, and if so how long it takes to charge then.
The manual can be found here.S9 user guide - Motorola

Won't charge up...

I had the same issue. So what I did was get a small screwdriver, opened the A210 case removed the battery. You will notice orange tape (remove it) then attached to the battery is a small board (the defective part) . Cut away the board, then you will need to solder the wires back to the thin metal film leads. And voila it will now charge, make sure to never let it charge for more than 2 hours. Do this at your own risk. Of course this will void the warranty.
