Has stopped oscillating. How do I repair it?

Under normal conditions, cars should not oscillate. If your car is oscillating, what is the frequency?

Oh... and when you re-post your question, INCLUDE THE YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL of your oscillating vehicle.
