For burners, the sparks should fire vertically upwards. If not they wont light gas. If the other three are not sparking, and this problem started at the same time. replace the spark module. If the sparks failed over time, replace the spark switches which sits on the shafts of each burner.
If no gas to oven or burners, your problem is the gas supply...to the gas valve or leaving the gas valve.
This repair would be for a trained person.
SOURCE: burners don't receive gas though oven/broiler does
tommi, this model has a cooktop lock-out solenoid feature. Try pressing and holding the top light keypad for 5 seconds and see if the top comes back to life. If not, check your owners manual, it may be a different key. The lock-out solenoid is in the back behind the outer panel. The cooktop lockout valve has been redesigned from a AC to DC voltage because of complaints of chattering. The new part number is 8184768. Lets hope you don't need it and just have the top locked out.
SOURCE: changed from natural gas to propane when new oven flames up the side top burners ok
Just bought a Kenmore and did this conversion myself. You do not change the oven nozzle (jets) but have to wrench it down with a 1/2" wrench as per instructions. After I did this the falme was high as you described. I wrenched it down further and adjusted the air shuttle and it was fine. The brioler is done the same. The wrench adjustment is tight so be aware.

You either have a short in your electronic ignition or the ignition board is defective. Check the wiring to the ignition board for shorts. also check and make sure you ignitors are well grounded.
SOURCE: burner flame height adjustment
All ignitors will always arc whenever one of them does.
I haven't worked with propane systems much, but it seems you may need the propane pressure regulator adjusted.
If the problem is only with the power burner, I would ensure that particular orifice was actually changed. The hole in a propane orifice is smaller than for natural gas.
Hi,
Here is a tip that I wrote that will help figure out why the burner spark keeps on clicking...
