Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
Hello Julien, thank you for your
Based on the symptoms you are describing it sounds like your laundry center is experiencing an issue with the power supply. Either the power supply is not connected correctly or it's an internal power supply issue within the unit. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would strongly recommend connecting with a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. You can often locate a qualified service provider through the manufacturer website.

holla, Im not showing a E20 code on the tech sheet. There is a E21. Water not draining fast enough. Try holding the start/pause and cancel key together for 3 seconds. The door lock, wash, rinse and final spin leds should light. Any error codes should be displayed when holding those keys. If you see a different error code, post it. If not, I would suspect a clogged pump...Catriver.

Your washer is not draining properly. You need to check if the drain hose is kinked and also whether the household drain is running smoothly.

this is an error that indicates the tub is clogged or draining slowly
to fix this you have to go under the washer and pull the tub hose off and clean all obstructing stuff in the hose and thru the hole on the tub

Tried this before and is a major undertaking. The front angle panel has to be removed before you can access the rear panel, and then all of the electrical connections need to be traced and disconnected. This is a job for a tech and not recommended. I would suggest you measure, and then measure again and find a way to remove it in one piece, maybe even out a window if one is big enough.
