most likely your touch pad is just damaged. you might have to send it in for repairs so back up all your important info and try to check the warranty and see if your cover. Call the place where you bought it and see what they can do. Best of wishes

Sounds like they need to tweek the driver a bit for your particular touchpad model. You should visit their forums and start a thread discussing your problem. Someone will help you and more than likely it's happened to others and they will eventually fix the problem with a future driver update.
