If gas is leaking from the tube on bottom of carburetor, the needle valve is worn inside the float bowl on the carburetor. You should also check to make sure there isn't gas in the oil and in the air box before starting and running your ATV. Let me know if you need any more help, Daniel.

Gas pouring out of overflow tube, gas in crank case

Definitely a carb. clean problem. Gas is more than 6 months old & has float needle stuck. Clean carbs. & always replace the float needle valve assy\'s & bowl gaskets. There is nothing you can put in the gas tank to clean carb correctly.

Either the float is set to high, you have trash in the lines, or the more likely scenario is the atmospheric vent line is pinched or plugged.

Floats are sticking in carbs and staying open which causes fuel to overflow.you can try tapping float bowls with screwdriver handle sometimes this will free up floats .If this dosen't work you have to remove and clean carbs.Good Luck

When i turn the fuel on to start the bike gas pours out the clear tube that comes from the carb to under the bike some were is this line dis conected or broke or is it something more

it's probably just your overflow from the float. it doesn't connect to anything, it just let the fuel overflow come out when your float level is high. if you turn on the fuel petcock and it starts pouring out, your float needle is sticking. clean the carb and the float needle valve assembly and see what happens.

Gas pouring out bottom of carb won't ping out

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Gas pouring out is an overflow. The only reason there would be an overflow is when the float activated valve does not close the fuel inlet port. This could be caused by dirt, sand, rust or any foreign material. Fix would call for a carb pulldown, soaking non-rubber parts, and cleaning.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

Gas overflow line coming from carb is pouring out on a 2001 kaw

The float is stuck in the bottom of the carb. Remove the bowl, pull out the float and needle valve, and clean the valve and the hole it sits in.

change the needle and make sure its jetting right, check the floats if it is operational. '90 to '95 carbs are compatible, so if you are planning a replacement, you may use those
