Kitchenaid Superba Electra oven doesn't reach set temperature. When we set the temperature for 400, it only gets to 375. Is there any way to fix this?

Sounde like a temperature probe going bad or thermostat out of adjustment .ask your parts dealer if your oven uses a temperature probe or thermostat.

Ovens won't heat up beyond 250 degrees.

if you cant program it for more than the 270 you may have changed it from farienhiet ( bad spelling) to celcius. pushing and holding broil may switch it back.

How to set the temperature on the KitchenAid Superba oven/convect

A separate oven thermometer is absolutely necessary in baking. Something similar to this would be cheap and easy. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?order_num=-1&SKU=10161738

Or you could go for a digital one with a probe.
