Question about Philips 42PF7320 42 in. EDTV-Ready Plasma Television
Sounds like the Backlight has failed, if you look closely at the screenyou should be able to see the image changing, but as there is no back light there is no luminescense so it will appear black or grey, It is probably the backlight inverter or element that has failed, if this is within warrany organise with them to fix it for free, :D
