Question about Frigidaire Washing Machines
Afternoon Richard, thank you for your post!
An error code E52 typically relates to the speed control board or the motor itself. An experienced service technician would test these parts by measuring the resistance of the motor to distinguish exactly which part it is. This is not a typical do-it-yourself job. Personally, I would recommend reaching out to a qualified appliance repair person who will be best able to pinpoint the exact problem causing the error code. I hope this information helps to some degree.

SOURCE: Washer's tub will not move
I don't know what the E5E error code refers to but I can think of at least one possible reason for no motor action, even if motor itself is ok and board has been replaced. The relay itself could be faulty with no power from the output side, even if it clicks on. Less likely but still possible would be a faulty overload protector at the motor.

Check the water level fill sensor. Some used to be pneumatic tubes connected to a sensor. Your washer may have a different type of sensor. It seems like it fills ant gets to a point where it expects the fill sensor to trip but instead just stops. Also re check ALL connections to main drive motor.
Also verify your mains power can handle the draw of the rated wattage. When it goes to engage the main drive motor it may not have enough current from the mains and simply stops.
Also check that the connection to the tumbler drum is not frozen.

It's a bad wax motor inside the door latch. The diagnostics are buggy and do not test it properly. It should measure about 1.5K ohms, and when 120 VAC is applied to it, it should extend in about a minute. Part number 12002535 is $10 to $15.
