You need to download the blackberry desktop manager to a computer you can get it here , after that you need to plug in your blackberry and the program should recognize it, after that go ahead and hit the update option.

SOURCE: my iphone wont load up i did a reset on the phone

If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond

  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least six seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for a few seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

More resets:
Try This:
1. Remove Sim Card
2. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until Apple logo appears
3. Replace Sim Card
4. Hold in 'Home' button and 'On/Off' button together until normal phone screen appears.

Also, Try this:
1.) Shut down the iPhone 3G.
2.) Start up iTunes
3.) Hold down HOME button on the iPhone 3G
4.) While keeping the HOME button depressed, plug in the Sync cable
5.) A message will pop up to ask if you want to reset.
6.) Just click YES and the reset process should start.

How do I reset my lost or forgotten BlackBerry IDpassword? You can have the instructionsabout resetting your BlackBerry ID password sent to the email address that you use as your BlackBerry ID username. For security reasons, your BlackBerry ID password can't be reset for you.
Do one of the following:
  • To reset your password on a computer, visit Click Reset your password. Complete theinstructions on the screen.
  • To reset your password on your BlackBerry device, when you are prompted to sign in with your BlackBerry ID, click Forgot Password. Answeryour security question and complete the instructions on the screen.
Once you have completed the steps above, you will receive a password resetemail. If you complete the steps to reset your password on a computer, the passwordreset email can only be viewed on a computer and isn't delivered to your device. If youfollow the steps to reset your password on your device, the password reset email will bedelivered to your device. Complete the instructions in the email to reset your BlackBerry IDpassword.

Forgotten blackberry ID password and all attempts are finished

With the blackberry account, you will have to contact customer service to reset it. If they can't do it, you'll have to create a new account. I used to sell the blackberries, but it has been a while. It used to you would have to contact customer service to send you a reset link, or reset it for you, but they may have changed it not so long ago, where you can only create a new account if you forgot your password.

I want to unlock my bb 9700 which i wrongly typed unlock code to more than 10 times.can i still use the phone again and how do i go about it?

Yes, definitely you can still use the phone but it will be restored to it's Manufacturers settings.

Just enter the incorrect password x10 times and your Blackberry will be wiped. Your personal data will be gone, but you can then enter a new password and start again.

After the 10th attempt, if you get the password wrong, it will have you type in blackberry again and it will completely wipe your Blackberry of all your personal data and it will reload itself back to factory default.

Basically, this is a security measure in case someone gets a hold of your Blackberry and attempts to break in to get your personal information. RIM Blackberry does NOT have your password, so unfortunately a RIM tech support agent cannot retrieve your password.

Hopefully you have created a backup of your Data using the Desktop Manager, so if you cannot remember your password and the device wipes itself, you can restore your data from the backup with the Desktop Manager

Hey when i tunen my phone on it comes up ender blackberry and i done that and then it askes for the pass word and it says its rng

If you forget the password to your Blackberry, it will give you a few attempts and then prompt you to enter the word "blackberry" a few times. After that the phone will totally reset back to factory specifications and irretrievably wipe all data on it.

After that, you can only restore the data if you backed it up to BlackBerry Desktop Manager and to do that you'll still need the lost password. If the password is lost, so's the data as even the manufacturer cannot bypass the password.

After the phone resets, you can usually use it again, but if it's a corporate phone it will usually have the Enterprise Edition of the Blackberry operating system installed. This allows the owner of the phone to set it so that the phone cannot be used at all after it wipes itself of user data. The phone then becomes useless to anyone other than the owner, and not even to them if they don't know their Enterprise passcode.

I want to reset my blackberry 8830

Set a password on the device (Options, Security Options, General Settings, Password "enabled". It will prompt you to create a password). Lock the device or turn it off. Enter an incorrect password. Keep trying to enter an incorrect password. It will likely have you type in the word "blackberry" after about 5 incorrect attempts. After five more incorrect attempts it will likely have you type in the word "blackberry" again and warn you that it is about wipe the handheld. Do this and it will wipe the handheld.

I have a blackberry bold - I have forgotten my password and have attempted it 8/10 times. How do I reset and change the password?

Please note that you will not be able to take backup of the handheld as without password you will not be able to access your blackberry device or with desktop manager either. You have to try entering the password with the rest chances left and you will have to enter password as blackberry which would be poped up once you are done with the number of entries. The handheld will be wiped and which will restore factory settings as good as your new blackberry device.
