That's why you use easy off. LOL If you have run it twice then any moisture should be gone, besides if it was moisture it should trip quick, sounds like a bad element causing the trip. I have never seen a breaker go bad, but they can.
I was just looking over a manual for a late model double oven. Their is a thermal limit going into the controls that will open if the temp rises enough to harm the controls. They look like this one. That kills all power to the control and you will see nothing on the display.
