Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Your options are either to take it to the apple store or to factory reset your phone via recovery mode, what you do is first of all make sure the iTunes running on your computer is the latest one, once that is done turn off the phone , while the phone is off press and hold the home button and plug it to the computer while still holding the home button, after about 20 seconds iTunes will say "device is on recovery mode" and after that just hit restore and update and phone will bw back to normal,,,Warning you will lose everything that is on the phone as it will be restored to factory setting.
