You need a torque six screwdriver to open the phone up. http://g.alpartssite.com/10003034_1_image.jpg The screws are under the battery.

Speakers dont work on my sony ericsson k850i but sound works with headphones

Hi

The speakers of is no longer working that is why your phone sounds only with headphones.

The best solution is to have a repairer change the speaker of your phone or you could continue using the headphones but its best to change the speaker

I had the same problem with that phone... while manipulating the mobile part (cover) you can slightly improve the volume.
Another point to check is the button on the side of the phone which allows to increase or lower the volume: it could happen that you turn the volume low without noticing it...
My solution was to replace the phone.
