Drink more fluids with electrolytes in like powerade/energade or rehydration solution which is made up of 1 litre cooled down boiled water with 1 teaspoon of salt & 8 teaspoons of sugar mixed in it. You can also eat more fibre in your diet if you not getting enough but it sounds more like dehydration
