Mary there are probably 20,000 heaters in the world there is no way to tell you how to assemble it .
Why is it dis assembled is it new and came that way, was it taken apart to be fixed/repaired, did it fall and come apart
Was it taken apart because it is dangerous
Take the brand and model number and see if you can locate the mfg . By putting the mfg name in a search engine

Change bulb in heater controls

you need to remove center dash assembly to unscrew the heater control assembly once you pull out the heater control assembly you should have access to the rear where the tiny bulb is and you will need the number marked on it or in your owners manual in specs lights some auto parts dont have the same size since there are many models and sizes you might have to buy from dealer and they have to order so look around to find one

I am wanting to change the heater core in my 2004 Suziki Forenza myself. I am looking for a maintenance manual for this model vehicle or someone with the knowledge of how the dash comes off.

you can go to any auto parts store and buy a haynes manual for your specific vehicle. they are based on a complete teardown of vehicle. the manuals are only about 20 to 25 dollars. have a good day !! ( then you will have it just in case something else goes wrong !!)

Need to replace heater core

Very very big job. Only do this if you really really love your car. Here is the 100ft overview:

*Disconnect the heater hoses at the heater core inside the engine compartment. (recommend cutting the hoses and replacing with new ones)
*Disconnect the heater valve cable from the heater valve
*Remove dashboard (involves removing steering wheel/column, radio, glove comp, etc)
*Remove the heater assembly (big black plastic box behind the radio)

The core is inside the heater assembly.

Again, this is a big job, and it will probably be very frustrating at times (I know from experience). If you do not have a repair manual for the car and you think you want to try this...get the manual first!

LG Dishwasher LD-2050WH with HE error code

This is a heater error. The cause is either a bad heating element or bad thermistor (the thermistor is part of the heater assembly). The heater assembly will need to be replaced.
