Question about GE Profile JDP47 Electric Kitchen Range
If the oven has a clean cycle it might be that someone put it into the clean cycle. This means that it went to over 500 degrees to clean the oven. Let it cool overnight and the door should release. Do not try and force it-you will damage the door locking. This is a safety feature to prevent harm because of over 550 degrees.
