If you look on back of tv for model number/code then go into sky interactive and follow the page to get the code/codes and the procedure to program it in.

In Firefox Tools/Options then use the General Tab. There is an option that allows you to create the Home Page for your browser. If you have the Sky page open you can use the Button Use Current Page or just type it into the box and save it.

In Chrome use the settings option (direct link should be chrome://chrome/settings/) Then select Settings on the left. Under "On Startup" click the radio button for "Open a specific page or set of pages" and click on "Set Pages" and then add the URL you want to load on startup.

Internet Explorer. Use Tools/Internet Options then save the URL in Home Page box.

Try the following steps to resolve this issue:

1. Locate the Sky Go app on your Mobile device.
2. Hold down the icon until the app wobbles (You will see a White Circle with a Black Cross symbol, press on the cross to remove the app)
3. You will then be asked to confirm you wish to delete the app - Press Delete the Sky Go App will then be removed
4. Go back to the App Store and reinstall the Sky Go App. This can be found by searching for BSKYB
5. Access the Sky Go app again and you should be able to view content after you sign back in using your Sky ID & password.

Hi p startup...
Open your browswer (Internet Explorer 8)
Left Click on "tools" in the uper left hand part of the page that opened
Go to "internet options"
Go to the "General Tab"
Then to Homepage...put your web address for Sky in the "Homepage box" then click Ok...
Close the browser.
Sky will now be your homepage when you open your browswer again
