No software or manual to use

- Thank you so much for the quick response to my question. I couldn't get over how quick you got back with me. I have actually tried online under hp.com. I did print some information there before i wrote this up. I actually spent several hours calling hp and I gave serial number and all my information numerous times and they would transfer me and everytime it would make clicks and ring and after awhile it would cut me off. So I still have no software and two different representatives gave me 2 different numbers and both gave me a fast busy tone when I called. The third representative said no number for software department that they had to transfer me and again I got off which they said it would not cut me off. So still no software from hp for dvd940 external lightscribe. Thanks you for your help.
