Question about Cell Phones
When you insert your sim card and press ok when it ask you whether you would like to continue in offline mode . once your phone starts go to the settings option and click the master reset or restore factory setting. once restored swtich off your phine without removing the sim card and then switch it on after 5 mins . it should solve your problem
