### Is there 4 cups in a kilo

No; a kilo is 2.2lbs. There is not a direct way to convert weight (of flour for example) to volume. You are better off estimating the weight than trying to convert it a volume.

### I'm 65kgs weight, height 5'3'' inchs, age 25.i want to reduce weight upto 10kgs using treadmill at home....can u tell me dait and work out for best results......

If your unit has a interval training mode I suggest you us it. Frequency of training should be no more than 20 to 30 min 3 times a week because you want to loose approx 1 pound ( .5 kilos ) a week, the first 10 days you will loose 2.5 to 5 kilos just because of water weight then you will grind out the 5 to 7.5 kilos. Before doing any thing drink 2 glasses of water this will increase your metabolic rate then do your training first thing in the morning. By using this formula Heart rate minus age times .65 this sould be where target heart should stay low intensity work out will burn body fat and not burn you out. Go to this website www.webmd.com and more information to keep you on path of healthy living. Good Luck!!

### Need a manual to find out how to set the scales back to pounds

I'm afraid I can't tell you how to re-set your scales, but these days the UK is part of Europe, and like it or not, we all need to get used to thinking in kilos (and, for that matter, in metres instead of yards).

1 kilo = 2.2 lbs. So all you need to do is to take the kilo figure and multiply it by 2.2 to get your weight in lbs. So if, for example, your scales show 60 kilos, multiply that by 2.2 and you get 132 lbs.
