SOURCE: won't idle steadily

Check the rubber boot that joins the carby to the engine to often have seen the hose clamps over tightened therefore creating a split in the rubber letting to much air in giving the rough idle eventually you wont be able to start it at all (have a good thorough look inside an outside of boot doesnt take much)

I have kf150d -sx auger engine weak yellow spark

Yellow spark could mean a weak coil or bad condenser. Try replacing condenser first and be sure points are clean and adjusted. If does not have points, is electronic, clean the flywheel at the magnet on the flywheel and set the air gap to specs between coil pickup and magnet.

My 1998 Kawasaki jet ski is sluggish on take /

Probably need a fuel system clean out and or a new carb. Also check engine compression and make sure it is at minimum psi. The reed vales between carb and engine may worn out. To be honest, since its so old it is probably time to consider replacing it or rebuilding the engine if hull is in good shape. You may not be able to even get the parts for it.

Husqvarna with Kawasaki 21hp engine misfiring when revved

We had big problems with the Kawasaki engine doing this, the early engine has an external vented carb, you can try extening the pipe from the carb and get it away from the draught from the flywheel, the later engine has an internally vented carb which cured this issue, the carb is retro fittable but expensive, it was offered as a re build kit when fitted to Husqvarna tractors, try taking it up with Kawasaki.

FC420V Kawasaki back fires thru carb on cold start, runs and starts fine after difficult startts

It sounds like your valves may need to be adjusted...
if they are too lose or worn they won't seat properly and when the engine fires it blows back through the intake valve.
pull the cover and see if the rockers are loose... it only takes one to give you a headache.

How do i sync carb on 1995 kawasaki zx 6oo

Hi, you will need to get yourself a set of vachume gauges, you will connect 1of these gauges to each of the vachume pipes on each cylinder on the carb inles will run up the engine to normal temp having first replaced any worn spark plugs,it is not ness to get all of the hauges reading exactly the same while the engine is running, 1 increment indifferance would be allowed if you cannot reach exactly the same. The tickover screw addjusts number 3 carb, and the rest are fine tuned by the spring loaded screw between the other carbs, if they are close enough when you check them initialy, leave them alone and recheck at a later date, hope i have explaned to your satisfaction, not a job for the faint hearted, any probbs contact me and i will reply on earlyest convenience, paul

One carb does not want to fuel on low revs ie remove plug lead from good pot on low revs it stops remove plug lead on good pot with revs it wiil run remove bad plug lead on low revs makes no change to...

Sounds like you need to remove the carbs and dismantle them and clean all the parts real good.
Remember if you separate the carbs from each other you will need to resync the carbs.
