sounds like to problems did you actually hit some thing? if not the burnt smell should go away. about the bounce at 45 mph are you sure that it's not a shake and does it go away at 55 mph or different speed? if this is whats happening the front tire is out of balance weight could have fallen off. try this
Actually, the clunking could be several things. First, check to make sure that the nuts holding the wheels on are very tight. If they are pneumatic, check the tire pressure to see if it is at the proper level. If they are flat-free, these tires won't have valve stems and have a semi-solid core instead of a tube. Chairs that sit in one place over a period of time will develop a flat spot on the tires. Usually, if it hasn't been too long, they will go away with driving and or warm weather and driving, otherwise, you need to replace the offending tire or buy some earplugs.
I don't know if there is a fill plug. I just use the level plug located on driver's side right above the inner CV joint of the half-shaft (axle) to fill it. A piece of flexible tubing connected to a funnel works well. The drain plug is fairly near the center of the bottom of the gearbox housing (behind the bell housing). The level plug has a 24mm, fairly flat, hex head, and the drain plug is a recessed plug with a 3/8" (?) square hole (for a socket handle).
The noise could be from loose lower front weight mounting bolts or a loose bolt securing
the driven pulley. Check the belt for a weak seam and replace if necessary. Check the motor adjustment bolt for tightness.
"Ticking or Knocking" Noise In Spin: The noise could be from a loose wire harness, plastic purse-lock wire harness retainer on upper hose hitting the topcover or a plastic injection mold standoff on the outer tub bearing housing may possibly be interfering with the driven pulley. Also, check the drive belt for a weak spot on the belt. Usually felt on the backside of the belt as a "flat" spot. Replace the belt.

You more than likely have one of two problems. One of your shock absorbers has a broken attachment bracket or 2) You have a broken exhaust bracket to your muffler. To check the shock just have the vehicle on a flat area motor turned off with emergency brake on and go to each side and "bounce" the vehicle using your body weight. Then to check the exhaust do this when motor is completely cool motor off emergency brake on and chock the tires so there is no chance the vehicle will roll. Get under the rear and attempt to move the exhaust assembly. If it moves to any degree side to side etc then it is this. If the vehicle bounces excessively when you bounce on it then it is the shock - repair accordingly. Hope this helps.
most likely the door frame is out of alignment due to the force of the weight.
you can try to open the door from the opposite side. push instead of pull.
if that doen't work, use a nail and hammer, remove the pins from the hinges pop open the door off the frame. (have someone braced the door before you push it.)
once you have it open check the alignment of the door frame, and realign it as necessary.
