it could also be loose wiring after you have dropped it, either way someone definitely needs to open it up and take a look

My blitz upper pad is frozen and wont turn on unless i plug it in

Usually a sign of moisture damage check the sensors on the battery and underneath the battery on the phone, if neither is red then you can get swapped out by the verizon store under warranty.

*How do i switch the band? *How do i replace the battery? Myself?

mcdevito75 here, The tools needed to do your own work on your watch really wouldn"t be worth the time, money or effort, a band lasts a few years and the battery 1--2 years. Refer to repair services at the bottom of this page, click on repair service the watches.

My Blitz won't turn on some reason. I was texting then it turned off, I tried plugging it into the charger and it would change battery life all the time. I've tried taking the battery out for a while then...

look closely at the battery. you know those rectangles that are on the top of the battery that connect to the phone? if they have any little marks on them that means that the battery is damaged. it can become damaged from over charging. so only option is to get a new battery. Oh and your problem is that the battery died.just get a new one. hope this helped:)

Battery is inserted but my phone says otherwise...

Take the battery out again and clean the contacts. Make sure that none of the contacts in the phone where it connects to the battery are stuck in. Ensure your battery is replaced correctly-I hate to admit Ive put mine in wrong in a hurry a couple of times!
