Question about Zenith Hi-Lo 440 Chiropractic Table

Open Question

I have a Zenith 210 and the table won't go up unless you bypass the footpedal and switches on top. You have to use the button on top of the relay. How can I get the pedal and buttons to work again? I've already checked the fuse.

Use a wire to connect the two openings parallel to each other just for flash. If you get a spark but no engagement then it's probably not the relay but the clutch. The clutch relies on the relay bringing the ground connections together. Find the grounds in the connector using a continuity tool or reading the diagram on the spade end of the relay, using a magnifying glass if necessary. They're hard to see.

I have a zenith plasma tv 50pc3db-ue flatscreen tv and when I hit the power button it goes green then back to red. I believe it is the relay switch. Can someone tell me what pannel the relay switch is on...

Power supply is the big board at the top middle, but a short on any board could do what you are describing, You need a Digital volt meter to trobleshoot further, look for popped or bulged capacitors or shorted components before purchasing more boards. Also look at Y-sus, Y Drivers (big board on the left 2 skinny boards.

Zenith 230 hi lo table must hold the peddle down for the table to go down if i take my foot off the peddle it will stop going down. same problem ocurrs when using the switch

There are 2 relays under the motor cover. They are side by side. Swap the positions. If the problem is now on the up side instead of the down, then your relay is bad. You can get a relay at www.chiropracticconsignment.com. Make sure you order the right voltage as they have 2. One is 24 volt and the other is 120 volt. It should be marked on you relay. The direct link for the parts is here: http://chiropracticconsignment.com/zenith-ii-relay/

97 chevy suburban AC clutch won't engage pressures

Looks like the low pressure switch gets power from a 10amp ac fuse. Power then goes to the ac relay which is powered on by the ac heat controller on the dash. Power then goes thru the high pressure switch to the compressor. The ac relay is grounded to the body. Do you have power on the lite and dark green wires going into the relay and is it grounded ?

Flip up screen won,t illuminate. dark

if the screen needs to be wired to the dash light switch it will not change unless the lights are on, if the wire is disconnected it is possible to bypass it making the screen stay bright.
although it would seem more likely that the brightness could be adjusted on the unit settings or by a button on the unit itself

Check the inertia switch near the ebrake pedal. It is a switch with a button on the top just push the button. This switch is black with either a white or red square button on the top. It is usually between the clutch pedal and e-brake pedal mounted on the fire wall inside the truck.

Temp increases on idle and aircon fails

Does the electric fan come on and stay on when it's hot? Find what's clicking it could be the relay for either a/c or fan. (though they usually are on the passenger side in the power distribution center near the battery. Your system works pretty much like this: the temperature sender on the engine sends info to the computer which sends a message to the relay to turn the fan on. The a/c bypasses this to some extent and turns the fan on every time the compressor is running.
Your radiator must be really clean or it would be blowing coolant all over the place a bit over 210, unless the gauge is reading incorrectly.
