Instinox Duplex Tube Fitting

Duplex is a grade that was developed over 70 years ago to be used in the sulfite paper industry. This grade came to be known as super duplex because of its mixed microstructure of about equal parts of ferrite and austenite. Our Duplex tube fittings are manufactured to especially fight extreme corrosion problems which occur due to exposition to chloride bearing cooling waters and other aggressive chemical process fluids. Instinox Duplex tube fitting have an extremely high mechanical strength which is one of the reasons that has made it ideal for use in onshore and offshore environments in oil and gas applications. These tube fittings not only have a high resistance to fitting but also have an outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking at moderate temperatures. All Super duplex tube fittings manufactured by us also have an extremely high tensile strength compared to that of conventional austenitic stainless steels.

Super Duplex tube fittings are used in the following industries:
·Flowline pipe / line pipe
·Riser tubes
·Manifold piping
·Christmas tree piping
·Hydraulic lines for drilling risers
·Offshore oil and gas exploration and production.
·In heat exchangers in petrochemical and chemical processing.
The grade is also suitable for instrumentation applications in tropical marine environments
still we are not aware of it

How do you know if your water pump is going out

Hi Jay, The noise you describe can mean a number of things as you have said. Does the coolant level drop and does the vehicle over heat? The whine could be coming from the alternator, power steering pump, AC compressor, any of the pulley's or the water pump. What I'm going to suggest must be carried out with extreme care and attention. Take a length of rubber tubing and with the engine running, being extremely careful not to get the tubing caught in the belt or any other moving parts, and taking extreme care of you fingers and hands (as you will need them afterwards) move the tube as close as safely possible to the various parts and listen, determining from which the noise is loudest. I emphasize once again....be very careful as the responsibility and action is entirely your own. Be careful...Did you hear me? Hey be careful. Regards John

Water leaking into passenger side of floor

This is when the air conditioning is running? The ac evaporator csae drain tube may be plugged The tube is located on the passenger side firewall.Generally I will use a small pick to dislodge debris from the tube being extremely careful not to go into far as the evaprator core may become damaged and develop a leak.

How do you change a innertube on a back wheel of a mountain bike

You have to remove the entire wheel from the bike. Then change it just like you'd change a front tire... remove oneside of the tire from the rim, pull out bad tube, clean rim, put in new tube, put tire back on rim, inflat tube... good to go. There are 1,000,000 videos on YouTube to show you this process.

Pressure will not build up in the tank and the silver tubing gets extremely hot.

There is a moisture release valve under the tank that may have been left open. If so, close it and the pressure will build. The reason the tubing heats up is because it is running so long.
