If your PC is a brand name go to the manufacturer's website and check the model for the various drivers needed for that model (and OS configuration).

If a clone find the details of those individual components (Device Manager); or inspect the actual component by disassembly of the PC. Then search for the drivers for the respective individual components.

Dell Inspiron 710m PC Notebook Problem

Go to "Device Manager" and look if any yellow or red alerts are being displayed next to any devices. To access the "Device Manager" go to the 'Control Panel", "Administrative Tools", "Computer Management" and select "Device Manager" located in the left side column.
If there is an alert, double click on that device to determine the problem, i.e.… device not configured, cannot start this device, etc…
It sounds like all your software drivers got blown away or can’t load. If that’s the case, try running diagnostics. Press and hold the <Fn> key while powering the system on. This will initiate a diagnostic routine to check your hardware.
