Two thing either it is out of date which don't feel bad there they update like every 2 days or your configuration is bad and you have to uninstall and re-install

I cant get on pogo to play my games i downloaded java

It's a ongoing issue with Pogo and Java. Java updates quite often due to security issues, Pogo has a hard time keeping current with Java. You didn't post your Windows version? 32 or 64bit? Try installing a older version of java, this is the 32bit version, it works with some of my clients Pogo issues: http://www.filehippo.com/download_jre_32/10808/

Says i don't have java

What browser are you using? Due to some security issues, some browsers will disable the Java plug-in. This is often the case for older versions of Java. Check java.com for patches.

Check if the plug-in is enabled. In Internet Explorer, click on the Gear in the menu bar and select Manage Add-ons (scroll down to check the Java plug-in). In Firefox, go to Tools > Add-ons. Then go to the Plug-ins section. For Chrome, navigate to chrome://plugins.

If you see that Java is disabled, click on Enable and then restart the browser.

I hope this helps.

(due to the security issues with Java, you should only have one browser with the plug-in enabled. Do most of your web activities in a browser with Java disabled.)

Hi im not computer literate...so i dont understand my promblem ..i already have java for my pogo games i have tested it like it instructed and also pop ups and all seems to be ok but it still wont connect...

For a few recent years, Java was considered risky for exploit malware, so many browsers disable Java even if it is installed on your computer.

The newest releases of Java are generally recognized as safe... but you have to enable them in your browser:

The link shared in this message takes to you a page at java.com that explains how to enable Java in your browser.

For some unknown reason java wont stay on my computer i need it for a games site cant get into any game i was told to download www.filehippo.com/download JRE32/

Go to www [dot] java [dot] com and run the test for "do I have JAVA." Let the site install Java for you if you discover your version is missing or out-of-date. Best to go straight to the source to get the JAVA! This will also install the automatic check & update monitor option so that your JAVA is always the latest & greatest! Do a virus and malware scan to be sure that some nefarious rogue demon isn't interfering with or removing your JAVA! This has been known to happen.

Cant get a game to load

YOU HAVE A Choice of using 4 kinds of Javas 1. the default Java,2. SunJava, 3. unsigned version of the default Java. 4. Microsoft Java. I have also found this problem., it happens after you rebooted your computer after installing 6u1 version of java.

To fix this go to your controll panel>Add or Remove programs then look for java, you should have two different versions there, 5u11 and 6u1 uninstall 6u1 and reboot you computer.

Hope this helps.
