Question about GE GFWH2400LWW Washer
I just replaced circuit board now it only counts down on the time. each minute is only a second and nothing happens as far as no water door does not lock.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I don't know how you could have got it into diagnostics mode by accident - - but here's how it goes . Hit the power button until there is NO display . Unplug and wait a minimum of 30 seconds , plug back in and within 30 seconds hit SIGNAL button then DELAY START button then SIGNAL button again then DELAY START button again. door should lock and display t01 It is now in test mode . There are 14 different test it can run through in this mode , but all we are trying to do is check for error codes now and maybe get you back to normal, So turn the knob one click clockwise and hit the START/PAUSE button and see if any error codes come up. To exit the diagnostic mode - hit signal button then delay start button then signal button then delay start button and you are out of service test mode and back to normal

SOURCE: Washer will not fill
Your drain pump is obstructed. You need to remove the bottom panel to access the drain pump. The drain pump will be in the front center of the unit. Once accessed you will see a large knob/screw this will need to be turned clockwise (be ready with some towels and bucket) once you have it open, you should be able to clean out the trap. Reverse to reassemble.. Good luck.. Hope this helps... Bill

usually this is indicitive of a bad pump or something stuck in it.these machines when first started they try to pump out first
the cycle will continue as long as it senses water
have them inspect the pump
good luck with sear service i hope it goes well

Do not feel alone on this one. I too am experiencing this problem. I've cleaned out the lint trap and not much was in there. I am still getting the two beeps and nothing happens. Please let me know if there is a solution.
