Question about Car Audio & Video
Check to make sure the fade button or know is set to the middle so that all 4 speakers should function normally. If they are still not playing you can disconnect the speaker and try to test it on something else. If you can get long speaker wire try connecting it to a home stereo or something like that just as a test.
If they work the problem is not your speakers, its either in the wires connected to the stereo or the head unit itself.
