Question about Cell Phones
Please try the following:
1) Remove the battery from the bottom of the unit. The battery panel is under the device. This can be done with a small screwdriver. Disconnect the white plug from the jack inside.
2) Leave the battery out for at least 15 minutes and press the power button to completely drain the unit of power..
3) Replace the battery, it should sort of click back in place so you know it is actually in.
4) Try to turn the unit on and off, to see if it responds correctly.
please contact support at 718-728-3605 or email email@example.com We would be glad to help you with a warranty on the unit if applicable.
