Question about Plumbing
Generally these sinks are placed into the cabinet in a cradle and then the countertop material is set "over" them for an undermount look. To remove the sink you would need to cut the front of the cabinet and also remove the cradle to drop it down and out, the only other way would be to lift off the countertops, which may not be possible depending on seams and if tile backsplashes are already installed.

ouch sadly im sure it was pricy to have him out so my suggestion would be to call him back and have him take off the price of what he charged you or have him fix it for no charge could be just need some plumbers putty around the faucet to stop a little water that may seep threw under the faucet good luck
