Wireless routers have a pre-set wifi password from the factory and also have a recessed small reset button on the routers. You should look up your specific wireless router online to find out what the factory password is and also how to reset it to that factory password.
After doing so be certain to go back and change the password to something you can remember. Write the password down in a secure location, etc..
