A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You are using the wrong software. no need to uninstall the preivious software. just reinstall the setup file and when prompted to select an option between the versions select pico 416 version. dont foget to restart. it is amust.

I have the same problem as above. No pirated CD, bought it together with the camera from a store.
In the manual it says what to do but I cannot change the "Option Key". It's default "450" and I tried changeing it to 416 like the 8th wonder ( very cool nick ;-) ) says.
I downloaded a "Trail-version" from the stores site and that works perfect ( except for the big blue "Trail"stroke right across the middle of the screen ;-) )
Anybody any ideas ? Thanks, Max
