Question about Canon FAXPHONE L80 Laser
WILL NOT PRINT FROM MEMORY-KEEPS SAYING CHECK PAPER-REC'D IN MEMORY--THEN PRINTS OUT DUPS OF THE SAME THING-I HAVE TRIED UNPLUGGING THE MACHINE--I HAVE CHANGED THE TONER CART.-I HAVE EVEN CHANGED RX TO MEMORY TO KEEP PRINTING--CHECKED THE PAPER SIZE--I AM RUNNING OUT OF IDEALS ON WHAT IS GOING ON--I HAVE TRIED TO GET SOME ANSWERS EVERY DAY NOW AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME---I AM VERY ANXIOUS TO FIX THIS IF NOT FIXABLE THEN I WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE.
The problem is the paper size doesn't match the size of paper set by the machine. Usually this is corrected by changing the paper in the tray to legal size. However, you may have changed the size of paper in the data, so check that in the user settings.
