if even now set switches off on playing videos probably your phone software is corrupt...(Even I phone s/w can get corrupt ) full reset your phone or get software reloaded.

the problem is as a result of software corruption. Your

If the corrupted software is an installed (external) application, then you will have to reinstall the application.
If the corrupted software is part of the phone system preinstalled software, ther try doing a hard reset on the phone back to the factory settings by typing 1809#*900# on keypad.
If you do hard reset, the phone will return to its default settings and you will lose any file or personal data stored on phone memory.
Here the complete procedure:
Start the phone with no memory card inside.
Enter the dial pad and type: 1809#*900#
Select "Factory Reset"
The phone will restart and will reset to factory settings, there will be no warning before reset is done.
Dear Ashad , your phone software not done proper Updating. Result is phone software corrupted and dead. Only one solution Just Visit Nokia service center and tell then to install the updated software for your Nokia N73. Problem will solve then. If your handset not on at home you can't fix it by yourself.

Maybe its virus infected, or corrupted software i mean its software itself is corrupted that's why its crashed, try to reprogram it or expense some bucks to cellphone technician service.
