Wiring diagram to some popular brand washers are given.

Sounds as though either the motor is faulty (usually cause of this type of fault) or the element has broken down to earth. Wiring for dryers is simple and I doubt whether there is a published diagram. An Electrician will be able to diagnose the fault.
Also check if tumbler turns freely as the bearing may be seized.

Power supply connection has a loose wire.

I will try to help as best I can

1. double red plug onto1x2 2
2. double black wire plug onto 1x9 2
3. blue black wire plug onto 1x11 2
4. then 6 wire plug onto 1x5 6

I am afraid that you can not get a wiring diagram for these washers, the only chance you have got is to contact Hotpoint/creda and see if they have a service manual for sale.

The wiring box is on th rear of the cooker & is self explanitory...
What exactly are you having a problem with?

Yes on these three wires you will see if you look carefully that they have written on them neutral ,, one ,,, two,,

these wires connect to the buttons on the front panel,, So if you find the one that says neutral on it... that one connects to the switch on the left hand side of the switch,, its the side that has a connection to the other switch by a small metal strip usually (but some times a wire connection is used ) the other wires connect to the other side of the switches number one connecte to the top switch and number 2connects to the buttom switch i hope this helps....

I assum there are four wires, you really cant get them wrong as they are all Neutral wires so it won't go of bang, it just may not heat as it should, I would connect them as you think it should and try them.
