Hi,

We need more information about your tablet first. What's the manufacturer, and what's the model?

Thanks in advance!

My headphone jack not work when i put it in my tablet i can still here the sound from my tablet and the headphones from the tablet it is a irulu Tablet,

Make sure you push the headphone plug into the jack completely. If you're sure that it is, then the jack on the tablet has failed. The sound gets switched from speaker to headphone in the jack itself.

My tablet sound is low even when i have my volume settings at the max

This may sound silly, bit do you have your tablet in a sleeve or cover? If so, check that the cover is not covering the speaker outlet(s) on the back of the tablet. If it is, a hole or slot cut into the cover over where the speakers are located should fix the problem.
By the way, a quick test to see if this is the proble is to operate the tablet with the cover removed. If the sound is now OK, it's the cover causing the problem. This happens more often than you might think...

Also, some tablet do have really poor audio systems and both low volume and low quality sound. Hopefully your tablet is not one of them.

HI baring 16 listen You can get do a hard reset on the Samsung tablet. I must warn you that if you do a hard reset on the tablet you will lose all of your data. Next if your hearing a fan sound in the tablet. The tablet it self may be struggling to do simple operations on it. Where did you buy the tablet from. The steps to doing a hard reset on the tablet are as follow. 1 You need to hold both the power button and menu home key buttons at the same time. You will see the reboot screen come up. DO a wipe user information on it. It will begin wiping the tablet. You will have to reset set up the tablet after it is finish. If you still hear the fan sound take it back to the place of purchase for an exchange. Hope this helps
