On the pcl drivers they are in the advanced tab then printing defaults and it should be in the lower left corner of the first page. Some of the newer pcl 6 drivers you go to the advanced then printing defaults next click on detailed settings under the basic tab you will find the ACS you also need to check the same spots under the general tab and printing preferences and confirm the settings are the same as some software uses advanced settings verses the preferences settings

SOURCE: Ricoh CL7300 not printing the colors corrrectly

Look at the transfer unit. If the clear belt has alot of wear lines the belt needs to be replaced pn# B180 3780

The machine builds the alignment image on this belt and then reads it if the belt is cloudy it will fail.

To fix color adjustments on a Ricoh SP C262 printer after a factory reset, follow these steps:

Open the printer driver and go to the "Maintenance" tab.

My Ricoh 3500 color printer no longer is printing in color--just greys. It does not seem to be a problem with the color cartridges. Also, it streaks from left to right across a page from light to lighter...

The streaking could be anything internal to the printer, such as the transfer belt or a drum unit. As for the lack of color, that sounds like it is a setting in the print driver that got changed from printing in color to printing in monochrome or grayscale. Look through your print driver settings to see if you can locate this setting and change it back to color. Also, once you print in color again you may notice that the streaking is a specific color, which will help to troubleshoot that issue.

Ricoh Aficio 1232C rpcs When I try to print the red light appears on the printer saying 'load by pass tray' even though I have selected Auto tray. Normally the machine prints fine.

when you selected auto tray was that in the driver or microsoft settings ? microsoft settings will overide the copier settings driver. look under file then page setup to see what it is set for.

Ricoh Aficio 450 paper format printing problem

This could be a few things, first thing i would try is to go in page setup under the program you are using and make sure paper is set to auto select (File>page setup). The program will override the print driver.
next make sure the driver setting (paper source) are also set to auto. make these changes by right clicking on the driver>printing preferences.
third I would go to the copier, Make sure the tray are set to the proper paper size and the display paper size matches the tray
