Kenmore refrigerator making spraying noise

Beth, sounds like your water reservoir in your fridge section has cracked. To get to it, remove the lower bins and shelves. You'll see it mounted on the back wall. After you see it, test by filling a cup of water from the dispenser on the freezer and watch the reservoir for the leak.

To replace it, you'll need to contact your local appliance parts store and provide them with the complete model number (located on a sticker inside your fridge). It'll start with 3 digits then a decimal point then more digits (xxx.xxxxxxxx). Most reservoir replacement kits come with instructions and all the hardware you'll need.
