It seems that your OS has registry problem:-

- Start PC in safe mode, normally Pressing F8 key when windows starts up.( Google it)
- In Safe Mode create a new user, with administrator privileges and protect it with password.
- Remove unwanted software's & programs.
- Empty the Recycle Bin.
- Download reliable program Reginout to fix OS registry properly.
- Restart your PC normally and log on to the new account created.

Stay Happy :-)

Acer Aspire 5730Z cant login, black screen and keep rstart it.Also i cant install any windows. i have winxp now ! thanks in advance

Please try going to safe node and check if you are getting the same error.
Also it may be the BIOS boot device setting error, please goto BIOS by normally pressing the F12 or F2 button when the computer restarts
Navigate to the Boot Device configuration/Boot sequence option
Select your Hard disk as the 1st boot device and also disable the Floppy drive if you are not using it
Press F10 to save your changes and exit or press esc button and when it asks click save and exit
When the computer starts check if you are able to login

The issue normally happens either due to the boot sequence error or due to some missing dll files required for startup and if it is the 2nd case, the windows XP needs to be repaired with the CD
If you have a windows XP cd, you can repair it by starting the computer with t he CD in and selecting the CD drive as the 1st boot device but is a techy process.

If you need online technical support, you may very well contact TheBestPcDoctor. I get my all issues fixed by them and it is a reliable support according to my experience. If you want you can also get in touch with them @

Every time i ues internet exploror a error comes up and it reads internet exploror cannot display this page . help we have trided to reinstal it . use a new browser but we cant as the error comes up

It sounds like your pc cannot find your internet gateway or your router cant, check all cables starting at telephone socket.

Then goto START - CONTROL PANEL - NETWORK CONNECTIONS - Right Click and choose PROPERTIES then scroll down to INTERNET PROTOCOL - select that then choose PROPERTIES below. Then tick SELECT IP ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY then DNS ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY, this might work after a full shut down and reboot. NB if their are any settings on those last 2 pages write them down before changing them to automatic. If it does not work type in the old details before trying another solution.

How to get password from hdd password error code acer aspire 4315

Is the error message coming before bios starts to load XP from harddisk, or after?

If it is coming after XP starts then it may be driver issue.

If it is coming before XP, then it may be a question of incorrect bios for the hardware in your laptop.

TO remove this error messege follow these steps.

type "regedit" in run dialog box.

Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon"

My computer went back to older clock date as 1610

try starting your computer in safe mode and see if you can do anything productive there, like scanning for viruses or spyware. also check if you can do the following:
CTRL+ALT+DEL (open task manager)
goto Start>Run>Regedit (open registry editor)
goto Start>Control Panel>Display>Properties (change display settings)
right click on clock at tray and change the current time to correct settings

if you cannot do any of these activities, then your computer may probably been compromised by a virus or malware.
