You want to print borderless on a cutsheet media? you just have to select and 'cheat' the printer in the printer properties, in there choose roll on the paper source option then enable the cutter and choose double cut on printer's set-up menu on the panel, then it'll cut before and after the printing to make it borderless from top to bottom and from edge to edge. just be sure that the cutsheet media is long enough so that the printer can still hold the media as it finishes the printing or else it'll be a waste, cause the printer wont finish the image. and take note that the epson sp9600 has a limitation in printing borderless, it'll only print borderless on (12", 17", 24", 36:, and 44") media size only i think there's also 14". trust me it'll work, ive done it! :P

Hi, The Roll Paper button cuts, feeds and returns paper to the printing position when the automatic cutter is used. When held down for three seconds, it reverses the roll paper out of the printer. The cutter can make either one cut precisely between images, two cuts with a margin between images or no cuts. The driver lets you select which method you prefer. The Utility program has an alignment option for the cutter that you should use whenever you reinstall the cutter. Please let me know if this does not help else please accept it. Thank You for contacting Fixya.com
Your error code means the Pump/Cap/Cleaning assembly has reached the end of its life and
will soon fail. This is a major replacement part and it is typically more cost
effective to replace your printer rather than repair.
You can continue to print, but soon you will experience leaking ink, damaged hardware and poor
the paper you are using may be moisten. pls try another paper sheets . purchase new papers.
if the problem continue clean the paper feeder assembly roller with moist cotton using cleaning liquid eg petrol or spirit etc.
I had the same problem, same printer. So with a little checking I found a solution. The paper has to be fed through the single page paper feeder. (See manual to setup. Can be downloaded from Epson.) Select manual/roll in the page setup section when you're ready to print. For instance, I was using 8.5 X 11 velvet, so select letter > then subset of roll/manual. After doing this velvet and other specialty paper profiles were selectable.
On the machines control panel set to sheet fed (pressing the left button will change from Sheet, roll and roll with cut). In the print settings select your paper profile. On the page setup choose sheet. In the pull down menu you should only have basic paper sizes, no custom size. choose 20x30 and try again.
