Material won't feed through on kenmore 17600 sewing machine

Take out the material, take off the foot and needle. Stick your finger on the feed dogs and hand turn the hand wheel like sewing. Does the feed dog come slightly above the surface of the needle plate? If it does.... tighten the presser foot tension.

If it doesn't locate the switch that drops the feed dog. Make sure it's in up position.

If neither of those solutions work. Remove the needle plate and see if the feed dog or mechanism that runs it is broken

Good luck

I I have a Singer Confidence Stylist 7467S. Used the walking foot ONCE went to using the nomal stitching foot and now the pressure foot doesn't sit firmly on the fabric. It is as if the feed dogs

the best idea is to have the machine serviced, that way the feed dogs can be checked to see if there is something wrong with the feed dog switch or the feed dogs them selves

I bought a Toshiba TV with remote CT90326 from a friend who had a different service (satellite) and I have cable and the remote works to turn on the TV , punch in specific channels, and to change volume,...

Any television remote will give full access to the television functions. The remote must be specific to that television. Google
make model replacement remote
There are original ones on ebay, plus companies that sell remotes that are an exact copy. The CT90326 may be for another Toshiba model, or of course it may be faulty.

Then we have the remote on the cable or satellite unit. That gives full command of the unit functions, but BASIC control of the television, normally On, Off, Channel Up and down to allow access to DVD or similar and Volume Up and Down. Everything else is done from the TV Remote.

To get the cable remote to make that happen, you Google
Toshiba Remote Codes
and run through them all until a selected code allows you to switch the television on and off.

TV1 seems fine while TV2 continues trying to acquire the satellite signal. I've reset it several times via the front panel and by unplugging but nothing works.

You may have a loose connection from your TV 2 feed. You can check the cables on the back of the receiver to make sure they are secure. Depending upon your installation, you could have 1 or 2 separators back feeding your TV 2 from the receiver to your TV 2. In the center of the receiver you have your TV 2 coax port. From that TV 2 port, check all points of connections to make sure the cables are secure and tight. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may have a bad connector or switch, which would require a technician to repair. I hope this helps.

How do I connect to satellite? Ive tried connecting cable to port that says antenna and cable but no signal?

But do make sure you have the satellite going from outside to the in on the satellite receiver and from the out on the satellite receiver to the television. Then the television would have to be tuned to the correct channel 3.0/3-0. You may have to tune to channel 3.0/3-0 the long way by pressing the 3 the . or - and the enter/ok key.

When you are attempting to connect that way and it is not working then try running the composite/RCA yellow red and white cables from the satellite receiver to the television. Then you have to switch inputs to the av input on the television.

The TV will switch on and a green light appears, however that is all.No satellite feed at all. I have unplugged the TV for 3 days and nothing. This TV is only 2+1/2 years old.

Firstly there are too many variables on your set up without more info but you could get hold of a small portbale set and plug the sat feed into it via the scart if poss, this will rule out the state of the feed.secondly can you tell me if the other av inputs on the raer of your set provide sound and vision ok using a dvd, vcr etc, cheers for now.

Yoiu should be using the video output signal from your satellite box, not RF cable, to get the full benefit of HD program to feed the video input of your TV. Please resd the instruction book on how to hook up satellite setup.

Changing TV set up to cable from "air"

Try setting tv to channel 3 or channel 4, this should coincide with the back of satellite box (a little black switch with a 3 or 4). then switch channels with your satellite box. I would recommend using another output off the satellite box to feed the other tv, a splitter loses some signal quality an can go bad as well. get a long rca cable to feed tv!
